Awaken Church offers flat rate shipping for all domestic packages. All deliveries will be made according to the carrier's standard procedures; therefore the shipment should arrive at all domestic locations in 3-5 business days. Our standard delivery service does not require a signature.
For orders shipped outside of the United States, delivery times vary by destination and International rates will apply.The order total does not include customs duties or international tariff taxes. The customer is responsible for any non-US taxes or import duties which may be levied by local authorities. Please check your country import and taxation policies before ordering. Most orders should arrive within 21 days of shipment and all payments are made in US Dollars.
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed that following Monday. Awaken Church charges sales tax for orders shipped only to California recipients. Orders shipped to other states are responsible for complying with state and local tax laws.
Please make sure that you include the following information:

2. Your name and address, including post code
3. Contact telephone number
4. Email address
5. Reason for return (Wrong item shipped, Defective item)
For processing purposes, we require an exchange fee of $4.00. This fee applies ONLY to exchanges (i.e. request for a different size or color). You may write a check out to Awaken Church for this amount (we also accept credit card).
A representative from Awaken will assist you on the return policy. We will not refund any item(s) unless authorized through (firstname.lastname@example.org). Once approved, you must return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt in a re-sellable condition. Re-sellable condition means that the item is in its original packaging, unworn, unwashed and complete with original labels.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund for items returned that are not in a re-sellable condition. We will only refund the price of the item to the purchaser once it is received by us. Following receipt by Awaken Church, it may take up to seven working days to credit the purchaser's account.
Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. This Statement of Privacy applies to the Awaken Church website and governs data collection and usage. By using the Awaken Church website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.
Applicable California privacy legislation permits visitors who are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. To make such a request to access such information, please contact us as follows: email@example.com. Within thirty (30) days. Of receiving such a request, we will provide a list of the categories of personal information disclosed to third parties for third-party direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding calendar year, along with the names and addresses of these third parties. This request may be made no more than once per calendar year. We reserve our right not to respond to requests submitted other than to the address specified in this paragraph.
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
Children’s Online Privacy Protection
Deuce Brand does not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, please do not submit any Personal Information through the Services. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s Internet usage and to help enforce our Policy by instructing their children never to provide Personal Information through the Services without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 13 has provided Personal Information to Privy, please contact us, and we will endeavor to delete that information from our database.
Awaken Church takes reasonable steps to protect the Personal Information provided via the Services from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no Internet or e-mail transmission is ever fully secure or error free. In particular, e-mail sent to or from the Site may not be secure. Therefore, you should take special care in deciding what information you send to us via e-mail. Please keep this in mind when disclosing any personal information to Deuce Brand via the Internet.
